One floggers had a good experience dining here. I have been promoting to HB about it too, this time he suggested we take a visit to Plus One Shabu Shabu @ 1 Utama.
There were about 10 types of sauce to choose from, we choose diy 6 type [peanut, garlic, HK chilli, thai, fish sauce, bean)

I choose the Pepper Pork Soup RM8 & HB the Chinese Herb Soup RM8. (I saw few promo soup as well, pumpkin soup & shark bone soup!!)
My Soup came, chicken soup with lots of black pepper corn. While HB one with chicken soup with red dates, chinese roots & kei chi (I think)
There were selfserve appetisers, the floggers foreward that the cold cucumber weren't nice, so I forego that & the aubergines
I choose the long beans & big headed taugeh, bith were crisp & a savoury, good to munch on while waiting for food
Drinks were 2 types, Free of Charge were 2in1 Orange, Peach & Grape. I had the Peach (which were quite bland...free wat!)
We order the 2nd drink, Sugar Cane Herb Tea RM8/jug
The food were pencil&box menu, we ticked Lamb Slice RM18, Shrimp Dumplings RM6/6pcs, 
Homemade Shrimp Balls RM6/3pcs, HM Fish Ball RM5/4pcs, Pork Meat Balls RM1/4pcs (Friday Promo Item),
Jelly Fish RM10, Baby Abalone RM10, 
Bamboo Fungus RM10, Black Fungus RM4
We get a complimentary Mango Pudding at the end of meal, how thoughtful & nice.
The pudding top has a tau fu fah consistency but very little of mango presence, but it's chilled, light , sweet & free…what can you ask for...
I drank all the pepper soup at the end, as it's really tasty after all the dipping & meat & vege in the soup....(next time i wana try all seafood!!)
Considering the overall meal. Dish were fast to serve, free drinks & appetisers & desserts, lots of promotional items, many sauces to select. The place is clean & comfy, not noisy. Servers is quick & attentive. I can say this is the place to come back.
