Complimentary seaweed appetiser & miso soup, equaly comforting: [too tasty to snap pic]

Foie Gras with winter melon: [too tasty to snap pic]

This is so good. we gobble it down before realising the missing picture - Seared, warm Foie Gras ontop of stewed melon, sweet, creamy & so savory. Just a matchboxed size Too little, too precious & oh sooo good.

Teppayaki Chiken: Tasty lean meat with savoury teriayaki sauce. Went well with rice.


Dessert: Macha & red bean, Vanilla
